提交SEC要求的13f, 13h等表格申报都需要EDGAR账户，注册流程如下，供参考：


1. 首先要注册login.gov账户

注册网址：https://www.login.gov/

Login.gov is a safe way to sign in to many U.S. government websites using just one account. It helps protect your information by asking you to take extra steps to make sure it’s really you when you log in.


2.注册EDGAR账户

EDGAR dashboard 网址： https://www.filermanagement.edgarfiling.sec.gov/

    请注意，仅在美国时间6：00am-10:00pm 期间开放

    注册文件需要公证；

        需要两位账户管理员；

        美国在线公证网址：onlineNotary.US   https://www.onlinenotary.us/

        需要先预约时间；

            人在内地的话需要VPN，确保可以登录境外网站；

             需要准备电子签名，最好有手写笔，例如用ipad进行签名；

             需要摄像头

             费用为45美元

 提交文件后大约等3个工作日，会收到批准注册的电邮，以及CIK识别码


3.登录EDGAR dashboard，除了CIK，还可以取得 CCC 和 **passphrase** （即密码）


 CIK confirmation code(CCC)

 A CIK confirmation code(CCC)is used in conjunction with the CIK to ensure authorization for filings and to retrieve and edit data.A CCC:

    ● Consists of eight characters having at least one number(0-9)and at least one special character (@#S, * )

    ●Is case-sensitive and you must use it exactly as created,either upper case or lower case.

    ●Never expires,but can be changed by the filer at any time.
